Storm Damage Cleanup With Regrading and a Rock Bed Finish

Storm damage can leave a yard in rough shape fast. Uneven ground, dead patches, eroded soil - it adds up. This yard needed some real attention before anything else could be done with it.

We started by regrading the area with fresh topsoil and seed to get the ground level and ready to grow. Getting the grade right matters more than most people realize. Water has to move away from the fence line and drain properly, otherwise you end up with the same problems all over again.

Along the back fence, we built out a simple rock bed with a clean black edging border and a few small shrubs. Nothing overdone. Just a neat, finished look that frames the space and cuts down on the maintenance needed back there. Rock beds like this are a solid choice when you want something that holds up without a lot of upkeep.

The goal with a job like this is to hand the yard back to the homeowner in better shape than they expected - graded properly, seeded for future growth, and with a corner feature that actually looks intentional. That's what we're going for every time.

Whether it's storm damage, general wear, or just a yard that never quite came together, this kind of work is exactly what we do. Regrading, seeding, sod installation, rock beds - we can put together whatever the space needs.
